We had an emergency circumstance with a friend needing her engagement removed in order for a necessary medical procedure. It was at the moment of closing time and Mike welcomed us into his store. He graciously removed the diamond ring quickly & comfortably. And more amazing he didn’t request any payment. He has to be an amazing jeweler….
