Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact Goldfather Jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Return, exchange, or refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Any return or exchange must be approved by Goldfather Jewelry before the item is sent back.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If an exception is approved:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, customized, or otherwise modified may not be accepted.
• Goldfather Jewelry reserves the right to inspect the item before issuing any approved refund or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Approval of one return or exchange does not create a general right to return other purchases.
