Pre-owned, vintage, or previously worn items may show normal signs of age or wear.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, specifications, availability, or other information when reasonably necessary.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order or purchase request, you are making an offer to purchase from Goldfather Jewelry.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the transaction has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted only after Goldfather Jewelry has completed any required review or verification, confirmed the transaction, and received the required payment or deposit.

We reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, any amount properly due back to the customer will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Submitting a quote request, inquiry, order request, or similar request through our website does not constitute acceptance of an order and does not create a completed sale.

A sale is considered confirmed only after Goldfather Jewelry has completed any required verification, approved the transaction, confirmed the terms of the sale, and received the required payment or deposit.

Goldfather Jewelry may decline, cancel, delay, or request additional verification for a transaction when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, protect our business, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, insurance, customs fees, import charges, or other charges may be added where applicable.

Prices offered online may occasionally differ from prices available in our physical store, by direct quote, or through a special promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

You confirm that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted for a transaction.

Goldfather Jewelry may request additional payment or identity verification before completing certain transactions.

6. Final Sale, Returns and Refund Requests

All sales are final.

We want customers to feel comfortable contacting us if there is a problem with a purchase.

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact Goldfather Jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Return, exchange, refund, or store-credit requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Any return or exchange must be approved by Goldfather Jewelry before the merchandise is shipped or brought back for return processing.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If an exception is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  • The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, engraved, customized, repaired, modified, or otherwise changed may not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

7. Custom, Personalized and Altered Merchandise

Custom-made jewelry, special orders, engraved merchandise, personalized items, resized jewelry, altered jewelry, and merchandise modified at the customer’s request are considered specifically prepared for that customer and are final sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving relevant details before production or alteration begins, including:

  • Size
  • Design
  • Metal type
  • Engraving
  • Spelling
  • Stone selection
  • Other requested specifications

Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and may affect the estimated completion date.

Production and completion dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

8. Cancellations

Orders are not automatically eligible for cancellation.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact Goldfather Jewelry as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation once it has been:

  • Processed
  • Paid or deposited toward
  • Shipped
  • Resized
  • Engraved
  • Customized
  • Ordered from a supplier
  • Prepared specifically for the customer
  • Otherwise placed into production or fulfillment

9. Jewelry Repairs and Services

Goldfather Jewelry offers jewelry repairs and other related services.

Repair estimates are based on the condition of the merchandise that can reasonably be observed at the time of inspection.

Some hidden damage, deterioration, structural weakness, or previous repair work may not become apparent until work begins.

If additional work becomes necessary, we may contact the customer for approval before proceeding when appropriate.

Jewelry that is antique, vintage, hollow, heavily worn, previously repaired, plated, damaged, structurally weakened, or fragile may carry additional risk during:

  • Cleaning
  • Polishing
  • Sizing
  • Soldering
  • Stone setting
  • Refinishing
  • Restoration
  • Other repair work

Goldfather Jewelry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, deterioration, prior improper repairs, or structural weakness that could not reasonably be identified before service.

We will use reasonable care when handling customer merchandise.

10. Diamonds, Gemstones and Precious Metals

Diamonds, gemstones, pearls, and other natural materials may contain natural characteristics, inclusions, variations, or differences in color and appearance.

Weights, measurements, grades, and similar specifications may be approximate unless otherwise documented.

Any grading report issued by an independent gemological laboratory represents the grading standards and professional opinion of that independent organization.

Goldfather Jewelry is not responsible for changes in grading standards or opinions made by independent laboratories.

11. Watches

Pre-owned and vintage watches may show signs of normal wear consistent with their age and previous use.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre-owned watches should not be assumed to include:

  • Original box
  • Original papers
  • Manufacturer warranty
  • Original accessories
  • Complete service history

Water resistance is not guaranteed for pre-owned or serviced watches unless specifically confirmed in writing.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Goldfather Jewelry makes reasonable efforts to package and ship orders securely.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other unexpected circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Certain shipments may require an adult signature or other verification at delivery.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipments will be determined according to applicable law and the specific terms of the transaction.
